How To Order:

1. Sales Terms

• Retail and Wholesale. Cheat Fusion is a Consumer Electronics Retailer for the items on this website and in our catalog.
• For wholesale orders please contact Adam Thiele at adamthiele89@gmail.com with your wholesale request. Our wholesale order minimum is $500.
• School and government bids welcome. Hard copy purchase order required.

2. Payment Terms

• Terms of sale: C.O.D. paid via cashiers check, money order or Visa/MasterCard.
• Returned check fee: $30.00
• Late payments will be charged interest at the rate of 2%/month.
• MasterCard and Visa orders will only be accepted from persons who are authorized by the cardholder to place such orders.
• No shipments will be made on any past due accounts.
• If a delinquent account is sent to collections, the customer will be responsible for all collection charges.

Printed Catalogs:

• Cheat Fusion retail catalogs:
  One copy: Free
  Two or more: $5.00 ea. + freight
• You may request a Free catalog with a purchase of $25 or more. Contact us at adamthiele89@gmail.com for a free copy of our catalog with your purchase.

Shipping:

• All shipping, billing and pricing errors must be reported within 7 days of receipt of shipment.
• All orders shipped F.O.B. from Watseka, Illinois.
• Any additional carrier charges added after shipping will be passed along to the customer (i.e., residential delivery fees, COD fees, signature required fees and extended delivery charges).
• If your order does not qualify for prepaid freight, freight and insurance costs are calculated and added to invoice total.
• All freight charges are subject to carrier's billable weight.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all freight charges for unaccepted or refused delivery of shipments.
• Refused shipments may incur up to a 20% restock fee, plus shipping cost.
• For information regarding international shipments, please contact your adamthiele89@gmail.com.
• USPS charges Cheat Fusion additional fees for each package that is requested to be intercepted, returned, or rerouted. These fees will be passed on to the customer only if the customer has requested the interception, return, or rerouting of the package(s).
• Hazardous material items cannot be shipped any method other than ground. Hazardous material items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, regardless of ship via description.

Prepaid Freight, Option 1

• Cheat Fusion will pay ground freight on orders totaling over $1,500 (or $1000 on in-stock merchandise), for product shipped to one location in the contiguous 48 states. Blank VHS tape, primary alkaline batteries, bulk cable on spools or in pull-boxes over 100 ft. in length, CRT TVs 13" and larger, wood or metal furniture 30 lbs. and over, TV mounts 50 lbs. and over, musical instrument keyboards, pro audio enclosed cabinet speakers, equipment racks, structured wiring panels and enclosures, central vacs or central vac piping cannot exceed 50% of the dollar amount ordered. If the original order exceeded $1,500, one (1) shipment of back-ordered product will qualify for prepaid freight. Backorder shipments beyond the first backorder release will be subject to normal shipping and handling policies.

Prepaid Freight, Option 2 (For orders shipped outside the contiguous United States)

• Cheat Fusion will issue a freight allowance equal to 2.5% of the dollar amount of total product shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada and all other points outside of the contiguous 48 states, provided the free freight criteria has been met. All products must be shipped to one location. Orders must total at least $1,500 or $1000 of in-stock merchandise. Blank VHS tape, primary alkaline batteries, bulk cable on spools or in pull-boxes over 100 ft. in length, CRT TVs 13" and larger, wood or metal furniture 30 lbs. and over, TV mounts 50 lbs. and over, musical instrument keyboards, pro audio enclosed cabinet speakers, equipment racks, structured wiring panels and enclosures, central vacs or central vac piping cannot exceed 50% of the dollar amount ordered.

Shipping Of Backorders

• Before backordered items are shipped, a representative will call for release authorization, with the exception of E-Commerce only accounts.
• Backordered items are shipped at prices in effect when the item was ordered or current selling price, whichever is lower.
• Backorders associated with orders shipped on the $1000 prepaid freight program do not qualify for prepaid freight. Backorder shipments will be subject to normal shipping and handling policies.

Damages/Claims:

• Damaged and missing item shipments must be reported to Cheat Fusion Customer Service within five days from receipt of shipment. Cheat Fusion will initiate all freight claims with the carrier.
• Due to the fragile nature of the product, TVs and Displays larger than 30" must be carefully inspected for any damage to the package. Any compromise to the package must be noted on the delivery receipt and/or Bill of Lading as proof the damage or tampering occurred prior to delivery. Failure to do so may result in the freight damage claim being denied.
• To ensure damage/claim credit, all damaged product, original packaging and outer shipping box must be returned to Cheat Fusion.

Return Policy:

• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained prior to the return of any merchandise. Please contact Cheat Fusion Customer Service at adamthiele89@gmail.com, option 4 to obtain return authorization. Product returned without an RMA number will be returned to the customer at customer's expense.
• RMA numbers are valid for 30 days.
• Returns will be credited at the price paid on invoice or current selling price, whichever is lower, less any re-stock fee.
• Returns will be processed as 'Credit Only' based on original payment terms. Cheat Fusion does not offer cash refunds on returned merchandise.
• Defective returns are eligible for return within 90 days from the Cheat Fusion invoice date. After 90 days, product must be referred to the manufacturer for authorized warranty repair.
• Factory sealed product in new/re-sellable condition may be returned at Cheat Fusion’s discretion. Non-defective opened products are not eligible for return. Re-sellable products authorized for return will be credited at the current Cheat Fusion selling price, less a 20% restocking fee.
• Sale of closeout and special ordered items are final. Only defective closeout/ special ordered product may be returned for credit as per normal Cheat Fusion policy.
• Items showing signs of misuse or consumer abuse will not be accepted for return. Custom installation products that have been painted are not eligible for return. Items designed for consumer use but used commercially are not eligible for return.
• Products must be returned complete with original parts and documentation along with the original manufacturer's box/packaging. Incomplete returns will not receive full credit and fall subject to manufacturer's warranty. Where applicable, a fee up to 50% of the product price may be applied for missing parts, documentation, and manufacturer's box/packaging.
• All returns must be shipped at the customer's expense and double boxed with the RMA number displayed on the outside of the shipping box along with the number of boxes being shipped back (i.e. 1 of 6, 2 of 6).
• Credit will be issued within 5 business days upon receipt of merchandise.

Return Policy Exceptions

• Flat panel and Projection TVs are not eligible for return to Cheat Fusion.
• Most TVs/monitors 30" or larger and projection products require in-field service repairs under manufacturer's warranty. These products are not eligible for return. Please contact the appropriate manufacturer for troubleshooting and repair service.
• Cheat Fusion follows all manufacturer return policies. Please reference the applicable catalog product page to determine those products that do not qualify under normal return policy. For additional information regarding these policy exceptions, please contact Cheat Fusion Customer Service sales@cheatfusion.net, option 4.
• The following manufacturers do not qualify under our normal return policy: Select Samsung, Spectroniq, Go Video, Mintek, Casio Projectors, Benq, Sansui, Audiovox (flat screens), Chauvet Lighting, Sharp, Viewsonic, Optoma, SVA, Norcent, Draper, Vutec, Sylvania, JVC, and Philips.

• Select Samsung products may require prior manufacturer approval and are currently available only in the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming.
• Authorizations and restrictions may apply to certain manufacturers and products. Please refer to Cheat Fusion’s Web site for the most current authorization and restrictions listing.

Restricted Shipping to Certain States

Certain products offered for sale by Cheat Fusion are restricted from delivery to certain states under the provisions of those certain states statutes. Cheat Fusion has identified those restrictions under state law and will not ship prohibited items to the identified states.

  Cheat Fusion does not warrant that a person may legally purchase, possess, or carry specific items offered on the website according to federal, state or local laws. A person placing an order from Cheat Fusion warrants that he or she is an adult and is under no legal restrictions which would prohibit such person from ordering, owning, possessing, or transferring those items under applicable federal, state or local law.
